“Any Final Words?”

This is what I'm thinking as I approach Day 1 of my 21-day Green Faces Diet strategy in an effort to break my sugar and carb addictions, become aware of possible food sensitivities, and possibly lose some weight and body fat. There is anxiety as I leave my comfortable existence of eating a variety of healthful foods and dive headfirst into a sea of ONLY greens and "faces."
